BA-NUI and VAN-TU
DEFENDANT


CHARGED WITH having committed a breach of Article LIX of the Convention.-

JUDGMENT GIVEN

on the 17th November 1911.

The accused Ba-Nui and Van-Tu were found guilty and sentenced as follows:-

Ba-Nui was sentenced to four days imprisonment and a fine of £1-12-0.

Van-Tu was fined £1-0-0.

The costs in the action to be at the charge of Ba-Nui and Van-Tu.
