CHARGED WITH having committed a breach of Article LIX of the Convention.

JUDGMENT GIVEN

on board the S.S."Tathra, at Rannon, Ambrym

25th November 1911.

The Court is of opinion that it results clearly from the preliminary examination and the hearing that a trap has been carefully prepared without apparent reason by Mr Decent, and acquits the accused, Madame Pauline Douyere. The costs in the action to be at the charge of the" Condominium.
