The Court adjourns the case to hear the evidence of the Woman Melanie, and enjoins on the Public Prosecutor to summon the witness to the first sitting after vacation. The judgment on the case will be final notwithstanding the absence of defendant Watt (who has appeared to day) at the next Hearing.
