CHARGED WITH having committed a breach of Article LIX of the Convention
JUDGMENT
This twenty ninth day of March 1912 in the matter of a charge against Ferdinand Louis Largeau of Vila,
After examination of the charge brought against Ferdinand Louis Largeau of having on the 17th October 1911 supplied alcoholic liquor, to wit, three bottles of red wine to Metah, a native of the New Hebrides
It is adjudged that the official report drawn up in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article LX of the Convention of the 20th October 1906 is not signed and cannot be received in evidence.
It is therefore adjudged that the charge be dismissed, and that the costs be paid by the Treasury of the Condominium.
