Public Prosecutor v Fraser [1913] VUNHJC 25; Criminal 178 (19 May 1913)

Case No 178

This nineteenth day of May one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, in the matter of a charge against ALEXANDER DONALD FRASER.

The above named Alexander Donald Fraser stands convicted by the Joint Court in default of appearance for that he recruited without a license the natives Jimmy, Willy, Lowo, Leko between October and December 1911 contrary to the provisions of Article XXXI of the Convention.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Alexander Donald Fraser for his said offence to pay a penalty of four pounds (£4) and the costs of these proceedings.
