Public Prosecutor v MacDonald [1913] VUNHJC 40; Criminal 228 (17 October 1913)

THE JOINT COURT OF THE NEW HEBRIDES


No 228


This seventeenth day of October one thousand nine hundred and thirteen in the matter of a charge against A. MacDonald:

The above named A. MacDonald stands convicted before the Joint Court for that on or about the 12th October he supplied alcoholic liquor to a native named Kalsal contrary to the provisions of Article LIX of the Convention;

THEREUPON the Joint Court sentences the said A. MacDonald for his said offence to pay a penalty of one pound (£1) and the costs of these proceedings.
