FRANK COLEMAN of AOBA.


This twenty-first day of July 1916,

In the matter of a charge against FRANK COLEMAN of Aoba, an American citizen, who has opted for the British legal system, the above-named FRANK COLEMAN stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did shortly before Christmas 1915 sell cartridges to Tarieppe and Alec both natives of the New Hebrides contrary to the provisions of Article LVII of the Convention of 1906.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said FRANK COLEMAN for his said offence to pay the sum of four pounds (£4) and the costs of these proceedings.
