CRIMINAL CASE
THIS NINETEENTH day of SEPTEMBER ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THREE.
IN the matter of a charge against ASEPELE; LOLORAVE, ALO, LEPVELE, TAVONI, RONOVURO, ROVSALE, AVU, LEVUMERAI, MAILE, KARAITOWA, SUSUMOLI, ARUSUSU, O'ONA, KARAIMELE, LULUMOLI & ROVATALI, Natives of SANTO, NEW HEBRIDES.
The following natives stand convicted before the JOINT COURT for that on or about the TWENTY FOURTH day of JULY 1923 they committed larceny in and from the dwelling house of REGINALD OSWALD DEAN CLAPCOTT a British subject residing in SANTO, NEW HEBRIDES, or received goods from the said dwelling house well knowing the said goods to have been stolen.
THEREUPON the JOINT COURT pronounces the following sentences, namely:-
