THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR


versus


TA MEN.


This 24th day of December 1926.

In the matter of a charge against TA MEN, Chinese French resortissant of Vila, the above named TA MEN stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 19th September 1926 at Vila sell one bottle of cognac to JOE of Fila Island a native of the New Hebrides contary to Art 59 of the Anglo French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said TA MEN for his said offence to pay a fine of ONE HUNDRED FRANCS (100 Frs ) and the cost of these proceedings or in default of payment 15 days imprisonment.
