Public Prosecutor v Ah Atwah [1926] VUNHJC 5; Criminal 477 (28 December 1926)

THE JOINT COURT
of the
NEW HEBRIDES


CASE No 477.


This 28th day of December 1926 in the matter of a charge against AH ATWAH a British subject of Vila in the New Hebrides. The above named AH ATWAH stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did at Vila aforesaid on the 6th November 1926 supply to Pte RORO a native of the New Hebrides alcoholic liquor, to wit, one bottle of beer contrary to Article 59 (s.i) of the Anglo French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said AH ATWAH for his said offence to pay the sum of fr, 25 as a fine and the costs of the prosecution
