AH ATWAH
In the matter of a charge against AH ATWAH a British subject of Vila in the New Hebrides
The above named AH ATWAH stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did at Vila aforesaid on the 7th day of November 1926 supply to Corporal John Lisbeth a native of the New Hebrides alcoholic liquor to wit, one bottle of beer contrary to Article 59 (s.i) of the Anglo French Convention of 1914.
Thereupon the Court, having taken into consideration the circumstances of the Offence namely that the native concerned was a Corporal of Constabulary and therefore a Peace officer of some responsibility. Sentences the said AH ATWAH for his said offence to pay the sum of fr 5 as a fine and the costs of the prosecution.
