NABEME NAKANDAKARE

This 14th day of June 1927.

In the matter of a charge against Nabeme Nakandakare, Japanese, Storekeeper of Vila. French Ressortissant.

The above named Nabeme Nakandakare stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 6th June 1927 at Vila supply alcoholic liquor to wit one bottle of wine to native Pitu contrary to Art.59 (i) of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Nabeme Nakandakare for his said offence to pay a fine of fro 300 and costs or in default thereof imprisonment.
