KIM SAM, Chinese.

This 24th day of June 1927.

In the matter of a charge against KIM SAM chinese British ressortissant, Engineer and Storekeeper of Vila.

The above named Kim Sam stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on June 3rd 1927 supply alcoholic liquor to wit 2 bottles of beer to the natives Jimmy Torres, and Jimmy Lacona contrary to Art. 59 (i) of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914. Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Kim Sam for his said offence to pay a fine of frs 250 and costs of the prosecution, or in default thereof 15 days imprisonment.
