JUDGMENT
PUBLIC PROSECUTOR

KALSALE and ANDREW.
This 4th day of October, 1972.
In the matter of a charge against KALSALE a native of Vila, and ANDREW a French native Police Constable.
The above named Andrew and Kalsale stand convicted before the Joint Court for that they did on the 2nd day of September, 1927 at Vila steal one case of cognac valued at fr.360 the property of the Comptoir Francais des Nouvelles Hebrides.
Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said ANDREW and KALSALE for their said offence to one years imprisonment and the costs of the prosecution.
The Court orders the restitution of the stolen case of cognac to the lawful owner.
