JUDGMENT


This 18th day of October 1927.

In the matter of a charge against C. H. Darley, British subject of Vila.

The above named C.H.DARLEY stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 8th day of October 1927 at Vila supply alcoholic liquor, to wit, whisky to TOM a native of the New Hebrides contrary to the provisions of Art.59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said C.H.DARLEY for his said offence to pay a fine of frs.200 and the costs of the prosecution.
