JUDGMENT


This ninth day of October, 1928.

In the matter of a charge against Henri CAYROL for that he did at Vila on the 8th July 1928 supply one bottle of beer to the native JOHNY contrary to Article 59 (parag.1) of the Convention of 1914.

No evidence having been adduced in support of the said charge the Joint Court doth hereby dismiss the same and orders the costs to be borne by the Condominium Government.
