CALIXTE, native of Ambrym.


JUDGMENT


This sixteenth day of October, 1928.

In the matter of a charge against CALIXTE native of Ambrym of attempted theft on night of 23rd & 24th September 1928 contrary to Art. 401 C.P.F.

The above named CALIXTE stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on night 23rd and 24th September 1928 commit an act of violence to wit did break a cord holding door of room occupied by VAN TIH and other Tongkinese in Coffee Mill at Vila contrary to Article 184 C.P.F.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said CALIXTE for his said offence to one month imprisonment and to pay a fine of Frs: 16 and the costs of the Prosecution.
