E. LINGAN, British dependent, living at Vao Malekula.

JUDGMENT

The fourth day of December, 1928.

In the matter of a charge against E. LINGAN, British Dependent residing at Vao, Malekula.

The above named LINGAN stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on 8th December 1927 supply alcoholic liquor to natives RONGA and ARU contrary to articles 59 & 60 of the Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said E.LINGAN for his said offence to pay a fine of Frs:500 and the costs of the prosecution.
