JUDGMENT

This 10th day of February 1928.

In the matter of a charge against TAUSI a Chinese French ressortissant, of Vila.

The above named TAUSI stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 14th January 1928 supply alcoholic liquor, to wit, one bottle of beer to the native TAMBI contrary to Art.59 of the Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said TAUSI for his said offence to pay a fine of frs.100 and the costs of the prosecution.
