JUDGMENT


This second day of July, 1929.

In the matter of a charge against HORDI or HORRI, Japanese British subject, carpenter residing at Vila.

The above named HORDI stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on 2nd February, 1929 supply wine to natives DAVID & WORTIN contrary to Article 59, paragraph 1 of the Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said HORDI for his said offence to pay a fine of Frs:25 and the cost of the prosecution.
