PUBLIC PROSECUTOR
v
TASSO, Native of Malekula, British subject,
employed
aboard French Yacht "La Victoire".
This twenty second day of October, 1929.
In the matter of a charge against TASSO, Native of Malekula, British subject, at present employed on the French Yacht "La Victoire."
The above named TASSO stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 1st June, 1929 at Vila supply wine to natives HARRY and DANIEL contrary to ART. 59 (1) of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.
Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said TASSO for his said offence to pay a fine of 300 francs and the costs of the prosecution.
