PUBLIC PROSECUTOR

F.W.P. ROE, employee of Burns Philp and Co. Ltd. Vila.


This twenty second day of October, 1929.

In the matter of a charge against F.W.P. Roe, employee of Messrs Burns Philp and Company Limited, Vila.

Information having been laid by the Public Prosecutor that FRANK Roe did on the 22nd of September, 1929 at Vila in the New Hebrides, supply one bottle of beer to each of the natives KALMATTA and WAAS contrary to Art. 59(1) of the Anglo-French Protocol of 1914

This Court having heard and determined the said information doth hereby dismiss the same.

The costs to be borne by the Condominium Government.
