PUBLIC PROSECUTOR

v

LE VAN TRUNG, Tongkinese,
French subject employee of M. Anger, Vila.

This twentyfourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine.

In the matter of a charge against LE VAN TRUNG, Tongkinese, French subject employee of M. Anger, Vila.

The above named LE VAN TRUNG stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he at Vila on the 12th November 1929 supply 1 Bottle wine to the native Willie of Ambrym contrary to Article 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said LE VAN TRUNG for his said offence to pay a fine of Francs 50 and the cost of the prosecution.
