NANDO TAMAGUSUKU, Japanese French Dependent, tailor of Vila.


JUDGMENT

This tenth day of September, 1929.

In the matter of a charge against NANDO TAMAGUSUKU, Japanese French Dependent.

The above named NANDO stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did at Vila on 2nd March, 1929 supply three bottles beer to natives KALKOREIA, TAVERO and KALMER contrary to Article 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint court sentences the said NANDO for his said offence to pay a fine of Francs:1000 and the costs of the prosecution.
