COOK or LING WA, Chinese British Dependent, storekeeper of Vila.


JUDGMENT


This tenth day of September, 1929.

In the matter of a charge against COOK or LING WA Chinese British Dependent, storekeeper residing at Vila.

The above named COOK stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did at Vila during month of February or March, 1929 supply native MATI with dynamite contrary to Article 57 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said COOK for his said offence to pay a fine of Francs:50 and the costs of the prosecution.
