PUBLIC PROSECUTOR
v
NABEME Japanese, French Dependent, Storekeeper Vila.
This twenty first day of January one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
In the matter of a charge against NABEME, Japanese, French Dependent, Storekeeper Vila.
The above named NABEME stands convicted of having at Siviri in the Island of Efate on the 12th December 1929 supplied for sale 2 cases (24 bottles) of cognac to native Jimmy contrary to Article 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.
Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said NABEME for his said offence to 20 days imprisonment and 1500 francs fine and the cost of the prosecution.
