TOKIO-SHIMABOCU, Japanese,
British Dependent
storekeeper at Vila.
This twenty first day of January one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
In the matter of a charge against TOKIO-SHIMABOCU, Japanese, British Dependent, storekeeper at Vila.
The above named TOKIO- SHIMABOCU stands guilty of having on the 18th December 1929 at Vila supplied 5 bottles of gin 1, and 2 bottles of cognac to native ALBERT of Pentecost contrary to Article 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914. Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said TOKIO- SHIMABOCU for his said offence to pay a fine of 500 francs and the costs of the prosecution.
