UEOKA, Japanese French Ressortissant
This fifteenth day of November one thousand nine hundred and thirty two.
This is an appeal against a judgment delivered by the Court of First Instance, Central District No. 1, on 14th May 1932 sentencing UEOKA, a Japanese French ressortissant to pay a fine of 1500 francs for sale of alcoholic liquor to a native.
Whereas the appeal against this judgment was lodged by Mr Frouin, the representative of the accused, according to a letter dated 18th May 1932.
This Court after having heard the parties concerned, adopting the motives of the judgment undertaken on the question of guilt confirms the judgment on appeal, and orders the accused UEOKA to pay a fine of 1500 francs and the cost of the proceedings in the Court of First Instance and the judgment on appeal.
