JUDGMENT No. 613


CONFIRMATION OF JUDGMENT


This eighteenth day of August one thousand nine hundred and thirty three.

Whereas a judgment was delivered by the Court of First Instance, Central District No. 1, on the 21st June 1933, sentencing U KEE WENG, a Chinese French dependent, to fifteen days imprisonment and a fine of 1500 francs for the sale of alcoholic liquor to a native.

Now in conformity with Article 21 paragraph 11 of the Convention of 6th August 1914, the Court of First Instance having made a sound estimation of the facts of the case and a just application of the law, the Joint Court hereby confirms the aforementioned judgment dated 21st June 1933 of the Court of First Instance, Central District No. 1.
