WHEREAS AN APPLICATION was made to the Court at Lakatoro on the 29 October 1990 by the Applicant that you the Respondent are continuously trespassing on Mataven land No. 2 (Ex GIDLEY property) Malekula.

AND WHEREAS it has been held by the Court that you and your family have no claim to the said land.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that you or your family or relatives are hereby restrained from entering the said land Mataven No. 2 (ex Gidley property.

Failure to comply with this order will make you liable to a fine, imprisonment or both.
