ORDER


  1. The costs for the first and second defendants are assessed and determined at Vatu 213,000.
  2. The costs for the third and fourth defendants are assessed at 383,425 Vatu.
  3. The claimant is ordered and directed to pay total Vatu for costs of Vatu: 596,425 Vatu.
  4. Mode of payment:

(a) 213,000 VT


(i) 100,000 VT for the first instalment within 30 days from today’s date;


(ii) 113,000 VT be paid 30 days thereafter.


(b) 383,425 VT paid in this way-


(i) 200,000 VT within 30 days from today’s date;


(ii) 283,425 VT paid 30 days thereafter.
