JUDGMENT

Upon hearing Mr Michael Kalmet, Claimant in this matter, and upon hearing Mr Kalses of Counsel for the defendant who concedes that the defendant does not have a defence and that he accepts liability for the sum as claimed by the Claimant,

Therefore judgment is hereby entered in favour of the Claimant for the following sums –

(1) Balance under the Deed of Release – VT1,778,000

(2) Interests at 2% per annum - VT 35,560

(3) Filing and service fees - VT 20,000

(4) Costs - VT 20,000
