ORDER

Upon hearing Mr Colmar and Mr Kalses in relation to an offer by the First, Third and Fourth Defendants to settle the Claimant’s claim in the sum of VT2 Million;

And upon the claimant agreeing to accept the amount of VT2 Million offer and accordingly an Agreement has been prepared for execution,

NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED THAT –

(1) The parties undertake to sign the Agreement within 7 days from the date of this Order.

(2) The First, Third and Fourth Defendants pay the Claimants the sum of VT2.000.000 (Two Million Vatu) within a further 21 days after signature.

(3) After payment and receipt there of the claimant be required to file a Notice of Discontinuance in respect of the matter.
