LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

ORDER

BE IT KNOWN BY ALL PERSONS THAT on this 20th day of February 2009, LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION in the Estates of late STELLIO GIOVANNI who died intestate at NDH on 12th August 2008 ARE HEREBY GRANTED TO GAETAN GIOVANNI son of the deceased, who shall administer the said Estates for the benefit and on behalf of himself, JEAN YVES, CHRISTINA and GUY FRANCOIS, the surviving issues of the deceased, he having sworn on oath that he will exhibit and render a true inventory and just account of the Estates whenever by law required to do so.

The Estates to which this Order relate are comprised in –

1. Real Property – A Rural Agricultural Property on Title Part 1948 situate at Bombua area, Palikula, South East Santo with an estimated value of VT5, 150,000.
   
2. Personal Moneys held in the deceased’s Account at the ANZ Bank Number 504539 0200 54647.
