ORDERS


Prosecution:


Makes an application under s 29 of Criminal Procedure Code to enter a nolle prosequi and asks the Court to discharge the Defendant from the offence charged namely, Arson on the ground that after assessing the evidence and materials provided to the prosecution its conclusion is that there is no strength in the case because of a lack of evidence.


Defence counsel:


No objection and confirms that she had been informed.


Court:


The Defendant is discharged and is free to go.
