1. Upon hearing counsel for the claimant and counsel for the Defendant and the Defendant through his counsel, Mr James Tari, admitting the totality of the claim.

IT IS HEREBY ADJUGED THAT the judgment be entered in favour of the claimant as follow:

1. An order for recovery of the total contract sum in the amount of Vatu 2,122.500.
2. Interest at 5% from the date of filing this proceeding of vatu 20,000 to the date of the judgment.
3. Costs are awarded in favour of the claimant against the Defendant.
