WHEREAS on 12 May 2021, the Claimant filed a Claim for an amount of damages to be decided by the Court, and on 26 May 2021, filed proof of service of the Claim on the Third Defendant and on 28 May 2021, filed proof of service of the Claim on the Fourth Defendant and 20 July 2021, filed proof of service of the Claim on the First and Second Defendants AND the Defendants have not filed a Defence within the time required by the Civil Procedure Rules or the Court’s orders AND WHEREAS the Claimant has filed a Request for Default Judgment, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
