EQUAL REMUNERATION CONVENTION (RATIFICATION) ACT
NO. 40 OF 2005

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Equal Remuneration Convention, 1957.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Equal Remuneration Convention, 1957 is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached. [Ed: Copy not attached to original]

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
