ACT NO. 4 OF 2018

An Act to provide for the ratification of the International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Custom Procedures (as amended).

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1. Ratification

(1) The International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Custom Procedures (as amended) is ratified.

(2) A copy of the Convention is attached.

2. Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
