IMPORT DUTIES (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 2 OF 2006

An Act to amend the Import Duties (Consolidation) Act [CAP 91].

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1. Amendment
   

The Import Duties (Consolidation) (Amendment) Act No. 46 of 2005 is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2. Commencement
   

This Act is taken to have commenced on 01 January 2006.

AMENDMENTS OF THE IMPORT DUTIES (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT) ACT NO 46 OF 2005

1 Item 2(1) of the Schedule

Repeal the item.

2 Columns 4 and 5 of the table in the Schedule

Repeal the columns.
