An Act to amend the Parliament (Members’ Expenses and Allowances) Act [CAP 109].

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1 Amendment

The Parliament (Members’ Expenses and Allowances) Act [CAP 109] is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2 Commencement

This Act is taken to have commenced on 01 January 2005.

1 Subsection 3(1)

Delete “VT 166,000”, substitute “VT 200,000”.
