ACT NO. 33 OF 2010

An Act to amend the Parliament (Members' Expenses and Allowances) Act [CAP 109].

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Amendment

The Parliament (Members' Expenses and Allowances) Act [CAP 109] is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.

1 Subsection 3(1)

Delete “VT200,000”, substitute “VT366,667”
